This project is great for beginners as it only requires simple piecing, or for experienced quilters who are in need of a speedy gift! Not only will you go home with new skills and a dazzling quilt to conclude off, you will also have this wonderfully versatile pattern for future use to showcase any important panels that you honest can’t yield to cut! The kit includes all 9 patterns and fabric for the block backgrounds, applique, borders and binding. To find us from hahndorf remain along Mt Barker road and we are on the correct opposite Hutton Holden and following door to Mt Barker Pumps. Congrats and looking forward to many more visits with friends. We are well, but struggling to find time to stitch, or do much else for that matter! I'm now itching to get started on a needle turn project but it will have to join the Que, as there are many other projects that need to be completed first! We've since seen Guild members popping up to Mt Barker to say hello and have a look for themselves, which is fantastic, and we look forward to seeing many more than time goes on! We are also very excited to be one of the shops at Quilt Encounter later in the year, but more on that a trivial later on. Heather will be working Mondays with us to start with, but you'll see more of her as time goes by. Next is a Lesa Chandler pattern featuring a new range of stunning poppy fabrics. So, that is about it on the project front for the moment. It was lovely to have her there, thanks again Heather for active for us! Block one is on display in the shop if you're interested in a closer look, plus you can see all the fabrics in the flesh and see for yourself impartial how ravishing the range is! We have a had an extremely busy first week up at Mt Barker! This week has also been very busy, with lots more new customers tomorrow to have a look around and some beautiful familiar faces from Magi ll making the trip to see us as well. Plus, the flannel is pretty and soft, so accurate for a winter baby! We also have a pattern idea for these fabrics in our quilt gallery: a change table quilt or newborn cot quilt!
